Quickvee Pay is an ACH payment processing product operated by Merchantech, Inc. Our services help merchants collect and send bank payments, manage applications, and operate related business tools.

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Quickvee Pay, we may collect:
- Account information: name, email, phone number, login credentials, and role/permissions.
- Business and KYC information: legal entity details, DBA, addresses, ownership information, tax identifiers, and supporting documents submitted during onboarding.
- Payment and banking data: bank account details (including routing and account numbers or tokens), transaction history, returns, disputes, and settlement records needed to process ACH payments.
- Customer/payor data: information merchants submit about their customers for invoicing, authorizations, or payments.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser or app version, device identifiers, approximate location, crash logs, and product analytics.
- Communications: support requests, sales inquiries, and related correspondence.
3. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and improve Quickvee Pay services
- Process ACH transactions, settlements, returns, and related reporting
- Verify merchant identity, ownership, and compliance requirements
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Provide customer support and send service-related notices
- Meet legal, regulatory, NACHA, banking partner, and audit obligations
- Analyze product performance and improve reliability and security
4. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Banks, ACH operators, and payment processors necessary to move funds
- Identity verification, KYC/KYB, fraud, and compliance vendors
- Cloud hosting, analytics, email, and other infrastructure providers
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting, auditors) under confidentiality
- Authorities when required by law, regulation, legal process, or safety needs
- Business successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to this Policy
We do not sell personal information. Merchants remain responsible for how they collect and use their own customer data when using Quickvee Pay.
5. Mobile apps
Our iOS and Android apps may collect device identifiers, crash diagnostics, and usage analytics to operate securely. If an app feature needs optional permissions (for example notifications or camera for document capture), we request them only when needed and you can deny or revoke access in device settings.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, banking, and NACHA recordkeeping requirements. Transaction and compliance records may be retained longer than account profile data.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. 9. Children
Quickvee Pay is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required by local law).
10. International transfers
Quickvee Pay is operated primarily for U.S. merchants. If information is processed in other jurisdictions, we take steps designed to protect it in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice.
